Arcanist's Circlet

Made of fine silver metal with intricately woven tendrils spiralling around the circlet, coming to a point at a large, smooth gemstone resembling the star patterns of the night sky.

Whilst wearing this circlet, you are considered to always have the spell "Magic Missile" in your list of Known/ Prepared Spells.

Mote Magic: This circlet has 3 small glowing arcane motes circling the wearer's head. They appear, light blue, violet, and pink. As a Bonus Action, you can fire one of the arcane motes at a creature you can see within 120ft. Each arcane mote deals Force Damage equal to your character level.

Once all the motes are used up, they replenish after 1 Minute.
