Al Drakul-Azul

This glass orb has a figure of a brass dragon within it, which breaths fire within the orb when you cast a spell.  Huiluhadd gave it to you, saying it was from the the Olithian Empire.  As an action you may use a spell slot and activate the orb.  You then breath a 30 foot cone of flames from your mouth, each creature within must make a dexterity saving throw against you spell save DC.  All targets who fail take 2d6 fire damage +2d6 per spell slot sacrificed. (Ie. 2nd level would be 6d6 fire damage.). All targets who succeed take half damage.  Furthermore you gain a +2 to spell attacks.
