Amulet of Demonic Entry

While wearing this amulet, you can use an action to open a portal to the Abyss. The amulet works as a focus towards maintaining the portal, the portal works as standard demonic entrance. The portal closes if the user says a command word, if the amulets magic is dispelled(DC 13), or the amulet is destroyed.
