Attuning to this item requires a Constitution Saving Throw (DC 18), or the individual attempting to attune to it suffers 6d6 piercing damage as the mimic symbiote rejects the host.
Once attuned, the mimic symbiote can not be removed unless the bound individual is brought to 0 HP from Psychic damage.
While attuned, the bound individual must consume two times the amount of food of a normal humanoid or suffer 6d6 Psychic damage, Constitution Saving Throw (DC 18) for half damage.
If the mimic symbiote is adequately fed, the bound individual is immune to Radiant damage, and can choose one of the two following benefits:
1) Adamantine Fists - Unarmed strikes count as 1d8 bludgeoning melee weapon attacks with the Heavy property that count as magical for the purposes of determining resistances. Can be applied to a maximum of two fists.
2) Adamantine Skin - The bound individual is resistant to magical and non-magical piercing, slashing and bludgeoning damage.
Proficiency with a Flail allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
