This ancient tablet bears the words of a powerful spell, Obliteration, written in a mystical celestial cipher. Its purpose is to remove a target creature, or group of creatures, from the Weave of reality.
You must make an ability check using your spellcasting ability to determine whether you cast it successfully. The DC equals 20. On a failed casting, you must make a DC 20 Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, you suffer 10d10 (55) psychic damage, or half as much damage on a successful save.
Once the spell has been successfully cast, it cannot be cast again for one year. Additionally, there is a 10% chance that the tablet is lost in the Weave, and ends up on a random Plane of Existence, or one determined by the DM. There is also a 5% chance that the Arcane Word is sent 1d100 days forward in time.
Notes: Utility, Consumable
