A simple chain necklace, with a wasp charm made from gold and a singular gem for a thorax.
Once a day you can concentrate (as if casting a spell) and summon a wasp that remains in your control for 10 minutes. If the wasp dies for any reason, the spell is broken and your character takes 1d6 damage pending a DC 15 Constitution saving throw.
