Amulet of Arcane Twining

prerequisite: the ability to cast spells at 3rd level or higher.

You have practiced twisting and combining spells to increase their power learning techniques to help you twine spells together using the amulet.  

You may combine the effects of two different non-cantrip spells and cast them as one action.  Both spells must have a casting time of one action, and they cannot be concertation spells.  Spells must be casted at their base level.

When doing this it cost one spell slot above the spells level and one charges.

The Amulet can hold five charges.
