Amulet of Tiamat's Breath

This amulet is in the shape of Tiamat's symbol. The five points on it are each glowing a different color: black, blue, green, red, and white. While you are attuned to this amulet you can use an action to expend one of the glowing points. As part of the same action you release a blast of chromatic energy. Use the breath weapon of an ancient chromatic dragon corresponding to the color of the point that you used. You cannot use that breath weapon again until dawn the next day.
