Weapon (handaxe), artifact

The 'Ancient Obsidian Celt' was found deep underground and is similar to a katar i.e it is a hand held axe blade crafted with a serrated edge.  The grip is attached directly to the back outside edge of the blade and is held in a closed fist.  The wielders forearm replaces a normal axe handle and provides all the leverage required (value 50gp). It is a martial melee weapon dealing 1d6 slashing and has the light and special properties. When wielding this weapon you gain advantage on any Charisma (intimidate) checks.

Proficiency with a Handaxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.

Notes: Advantage: Intimidation, Light, Thrown, Vex
