Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a Aeon chooses its wielder.)

Aeon is an artifact of immense power forged by a long-forgotten Titan that once served the Balance.  In its current form, the artifact appears as amulet mounted on a chain of tarnished imbrium.

Aeon gives the wielder control over space and time, but its power unlocks very slowly over millennia.

Initially, the attuned wielder has the following abilities:

Ageless - The wielder does not age while in possession of the amulet.

Insight - The user gains Advantage on Insight checks.

Temporal Awareness - The wielder can add his or her Intelligence modifier to Initiative rolls.

Slow Time - The wielder can alter his or her relationship with time, slowing it down for up to 1d4+1 rounds, providing one Bonus Action every round for the duration.  This can be used once per Long Rest.

Convergent Future - The wielder can peer through possible futures and magically pull one of them into localized events, ensuring a particular outcome.  When the user or a creature within 60 feet of the user makes an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, the user can use his or her reaction to ignore the die roll and decide whether the number rolled is the minimum needed to succeed or one less than that number (users choice).  When this feature is used, the wielder gains one level of exhaustion.  This feature can be used once per long rest.

Dimension Door - The wielder can use cast Dimension Door at will twice per Long Rest.

Time Stop - The wielder can cast Time Stop once per Long Rest, but doing so requires an INT save (22).  A failed save ages the user by 1d12 months.  And, the attuned user is immune to Time Stop cast by others.

Notes: Advantage: Insight, Aeon chooses its wielder.
