History:The Aaeriazod Flail is a Flind (Flindish) weapon that is issued only to by The Aaeriazod, a tribal sect within the Flind Hierarchy that has taken up the worship of Azazel.  The weapon causes grievous wounds by design.  The flail is constructed of three Flindium Blades attached by Flindium chains via swivels.  (Flindium is a Flind made alloy of Mithril and Llandium)

Inspired by the Flind Bar, the Aaeriazod Flail (Just Aaeriazod to Flinds) is the height of Flind weapon technology.

Imbued with dark magics, the Master Craft Aaeriazod has a non-magical +1 to hit and +1 to damage.  Stronger and more powerful versions are said to exists.   It is known that +1 magical version exists.  Other versions are rumored to exists.

Description: The three blades are folded and sharpened for decades before being forged into use. The edge being so sharp, it is said that the edge is a peer to Dwarven and even Elvin make.  The chain that holds the blades is mounted to a Bruisewood handle with a Flindium Center shaft that allows the weapon to be used as either a one handed weapon (requires strength 16) or a two handed weapon.

The blades spin rapidly in the air while being swung.  Its takes weeks of practice to time the blows so the blade's cutting edges are at the point of impact.

USE: As a one handed weapon the blades are each nearly equal to a short sword in heft and lethality, each doing 1d4+1 damage. (Total 3d4+4) (1 point of damage being master craftsmanship  damage)

As a 2 handed weapon the blades bite deeper and cause more heinous wounds.  each blade doing 1d6+1 (for a total of 3d6+4) plus the weapon crits on a 19 doing normal critical damage plus 1d4 bleed damage.

Attunement: Flinds with a strength of 17 or greater can use these weapons as finesse weapons.  Flinds do not require Attunement for using the Aeriazod Flail.

For a Non-Flind training in this weapon can take months to gain Attunement.  1d4 months minus 1 day for every point of wisdom.  Minimum of 90 days.

The Aaeriazod Flail can be used without Attunement, but at disadvantage, and without the benefit of the +1 on damage.

Danger: Also non-Flind non-Attuned use is potentially dangerous.  Any natural die roll for 3 or less had to be re-rolled as an attack against the wielder or any unintended target within 5'.  (Target determined randomly or logically as the DM sees fit)
