Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)
This quill has two command words. It's first is "Write." in Elvish. When this command word is spoken, any voices within 15 feet of the quill will be inscribed on the closest piece of parchment. This lasts for 1d4 hours. It can understand all languages and translates everything into Common.
The second command word is "Draw." in Elvish. When this command word is spoken, the wand will draw a representation of the surrounding area in a 60ft radius, seeing equally as well in pitch black as in daylight.
The quill has 4 charges and recharges 1d4 charges daily at dawn.
