Wondrous Item, artifact
This simple metal belt has a strange clasp with 10 red gems around the outside. Pressing the buckle of the belt while any of the Gems are lit provides the wearer with the effect of a Levitation spell for a duration in minutes equal to the number of Gems that are lit up. Pressing the buckle again cancels the effect.
The Belt has up to 10 charges (or 10 minutes) of use after which time is must have its power disks replaced or be recharged. If the wearer takes electrical damage the belt gains D4 charges.
This item is not magical so cannot be dispelled by magical means.
