While attuned to this item, you gain expertise in intimidation checks.

The armlet has 3 charges and regains 1 charge after a long rest. Whenever you use your action to attack a creature and deal damage, you may spend your bonus action and remove 1 charge. If you do, the damaged creature must make a DC 12 Intelligence saving throw or become frightened of you until the end of its next turn.
