Holds one charge. Charge is regained daily at dawn.
Improved Firebolt +3: You connect your arcane magic with its own, hurling a mote of fire at a creature or object within range. Make a (+3) ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 fire damage.
Ancient Flame: On successful hit, target is afflicted with Ancient Flames. Deals 1d10 fire damage per round until extinguished (target must take a full action to put out the fire)
