You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

In addition, any creature who moves in to your melee range and misses an attack their first round in your range, you get an attack of opportunity against.

If you have the Parry reaction, in addition to a +2 to your AC, if your parry causes a creature's attack to miss, roll a d10.  If the creatures weapon has a shaft of wood, on a 9 or higher you cut the weapon in half.  If the creatures weapon is metal, you cut it in half on a 10.  Attacks with those weapons will be at disadvantage while you wield the thinblade.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
