adrenalin injection

you inject yourself with synthesized adrenalin and gain the following benefits for 1 min. +3 to inisiative, +2 strength, +2 to acrobatics, the first time you would be knocked to 0 hp u make a con save dc 15. on a success you remain up at 1 hp. 

after 1 min the affects fade and you are left with 2 temp levels of exhaustion these are both removed after a short rest.
