Pact of the thieves
100 other copies of the cloak of assassins exist, you can communicate with these other fellow assassins while wearing this robe, the other 99 assassins, 20 of them are rogue spellcasters, and the other 79 are rogue elites (see my homebrew for there stat page) when calling on fellow assassins for help, make a charisma check if you get 10 or below 1d4-1 rogue elites come to help, if you get 10-20 then 2d4-1 rogue elites appear, and if you roll 20 and above then 4 rogue spellcasters and 3d4-2 rogue elites appear. This special ability is only to be used in the direst situations (War, Death, etc...) in addition whenever a fellow assassin is knocked unconscious all assassins try and rush to the scene to help (tracking devices in the cloak) (2d4-1 spellcasters and 1d4+1 rogue elites) when knocked unconscious assassins can still communicate with each other.
Shifting colors
The cloak can look like any other armor, clothing, or outwear of any kind, in addition when the hood is drawn the wearer can change what there face looks like, all of the outwear and faces feel and look real, a creature can see past these effects with a successful DC 20 insight check, but if a check is failed a creature cant make the check again until 24 hours have passed. Also, the wearer can have the cloak change to look like the background giving the user a +7 to stealth.
