This weathered turban looks very plan and is adorned with a small crest with an azure stone embedded in it and an azure feather.

As a bonus action, the wearer can speak the command word and expend one charge to reduce their weight to that of a feather.  This effect lasts for 30 seconds or until dismissed by the wearer by speaking the command word again.  While the effect is active:

• You gain the effects of Feather Fall on yourself, however the speed does not end when you land.
• Your jumping height is equal to your movement speed.
• You have a climbing speed equal to your movement speed.
• You gain +5 to Acrobatics and Athletics checks.
• You cannot be knocked Prone.
• You may spend up to one additional charge to perform a double jump, using your movement speed as jump height.

Additionally, you may expend one charge in order to gain advantage on any dexterity saving throw or dexterity based ability check or you may expend all three charges to cast Feather Fall or Pass without Trace.

This item regains its charges each day at dawn when you view an unobstructed sky.
