Staff (quarterstaff), varies

While closed, looks and can be used as a typical quarterstaff.

As a bonus action, user can flick a hidden mechanism and open the quarterstaff into a glider that can support one Medium or Small creature. Will support two Tiny creatures. To close takes another bonus action.

To glide, the user must make a 10 foot running start. Once airborne, their glide speed is 30 feet. For every 30 feet forward, they drop 10 feet. You can sacrifice forward distance for height. For example, if you need to dive to avoid an attack, you can dive 20 feet straight down, but can only move 20 feet forward after the dive.

While open, if the quarterstaff is used as a weapon, user must make a 1d10 roll. On a 1, the quarterstaff's delicate wings are shattered beyond repair. On a 2–4, they are broken until repaired by a someone proficient with tinker's tools or a spellcaster using mending. If the user must hire someone, given the intricacy, it is 100 gp to repair.

Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.

Notes: Versatile, Topple
