Weapon (club), very rare (requires attunement)

This oak club is coated with darkened dried globs of a tar-like substance.

You can use a bonus action to speak this magic club's command word, causing the tar-like substance to glow black with an inner light, and become thick and fluid. Blackblood sheds bright light in a 40-foot radius and dim light for an additional 40 feet. When the club strikes a target, it delivers additional 2d6 acid damage from the liquid tar splashing onto them. This feature lasts until you use a bonus action to speak the command word again or until you drop or sheathe the weapon.

Proficiency with a Club allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
