An axe imbued with the blessing of the goddess of waves. It acts as a +2 magical weapon that adds an additional 1d8 + 2 of cold damage, and gives you the following additional abilites.
Protection/Wrath of the Goddess - As a bonus action three times per long rest the wielder of this axe may call upon the blessing of the goddess to damage their enemies or aide their allies. With both request they hold the weapon with both hands in a prayer like stance and request either wrath or protection.
-Wrath: A bubble of elemental energy starts from the core of the weapon and spreads out to a 60 foot diameter around the wielder engulfing all enemies and adding pockets of protection around any allies in the bubble. All enemy creatures in that bubble must make a DC 16+your wisdom modifier dexterity saving throw or take 6d6+your wisdom modifier of water damage, or half as much on a successful save.
-Protection: A bubble of elemental energy starts from the core of the weapon and spreads out to a 60 foot diameter around the wielder engulfing all allies and ignoring any enemies in the bubble. Roll a percentage die and if you get below your level then all allies in that bubble gain full health, but otherwise all allies in that bubble recieve 3d6+your wisdom modifier of healing.
Proficiency with a Greataxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Cleave. If you hit a creature with a melee attack roll using this weapon, you can make a melee attack roll with the weapon against a second creature within 5 feet of the first that is also within your reach. On a hit, the second creature takes the weapon’s damage, but don’t add your ability modifier to that damage unless that modifier is negative. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage: Cold, Attuned by those blessed by Caion., Heavy, Two-Handed, Cleave
