Crafted by Andre, the World Law's most creative blacksmith. This Arrowhead gashes fleshy victims, sometimes leaving them too distraught to worry about anything other than the bleeding wounds gushing from their newly separated flesh.
Rolling a Nat 20 when attacking to hit will cause a creature to bleed for 1 Vital damage per minute or turn if they fail a DC 13 Con. Saving Throw. Only affects creatures with flesh and blood.
