This sword once belonged to a legendary holy knight, long forgotten to time. They were charged with battling the hordes of undead that plagued the lands of their king but went mad after absorbing the dark magic of their foes. After the great knight died, the blade became corrupted.

This weapon does an additional 2d6 necrotic damage and an additional 1d10 necrotic damage if the creature is alive.
When drawn, this weapon creates a space of darkness with a diameter of 10 ft from the blade when in the presence of living creatures, this does not effect the user.
Proficiency with a Greatsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.
