Each of the quiver's 6 compartments connects to an extradimensional space that allows the quiver to hold numerous arrows while never weighing more than 3 pounds. The compartments can each hold up to sixty arrows (for a total of 360 arrows when fully loaded).

The arrows appear to be part of a solid dozen until less than a dozen is reached (whereupon the arrows begin to diminish normally).  If the quiver is ever reduced to less than one arrow, it ceases to be magical and becomes a standard quiver.

You can draw an arrow from the quiver as with a regular quiver.
