While attuned this amulet you may cast True Polymorph on yourself. When cast from this amulet, you may only use the "Creature to Creature" option of transformation. Concentration checks made to maintain this spell are made with advantage.
When you cast True Polymorph from this amulet, it may not be cast again until next dawn.
Curse.
This amulet seems to meld with your body, cursing you with its mutable nature upon attunement. As long as you are cursed like this, you are unwilling to part with it, as it seems attached to your very skin. When you attempt to willingly drop concentration on True Polymorph when it is cast from this amulet, you must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the spell remains active and you may not attempt to drop concentration again for 10 minutes.
