An ornate gold set of interlocking rings, which spin like a gyroscope.
Using this item as a spellcasting focus allows you to cast the spells scrying and dream at will.
Additionally, when you finish a long rest while attuned to this item, roll 3d20 and record the results in order as a fortune roll. When a creature you can see makes a saving throw, ability check or attack roll you can choose to expend the earliest fortune roll to replace the rolled result. All fortune rolls last until the end of your next long rest.
