Amulet of Betwixt

This amulet is crafted of a mithril-gold alloy, and features a prominent pearl that shifts with notions of natural and celestial nature.

Once per day, as a bonus action, you may release the energies within the Amulet. You restore 1 spell slot of the highest level you have expended. Then you, and each creature within 10ft, must make an Intelligence DC10 Saving Throw:

• Fail: Suffer 1d4 Radient & 1d4 Poison damage for each level of the spell slot restored, and gain the frightened condition until the end of their next turn.
• Success: Suffer half as much damage.

This amulet provides advantage on Intelligence(Arcana) Checks involving the Fey, and advantage on Intelligence(Religion) checks involving ethereal Undead.

While wearing the amulet, your vision is enhanced by the guidance it offers, you gain Darkvision 30ft.
