A magical wooden flute made from polished cocobolo wood, with gold plating, keys, and mouthpiece. It gives the ability to levitate up to three objects/characters when played. Every time a note is played from the flute, the musician playing it can cast levitate, casting this spell up to 3 times. To reset the spell count, you must take a short rest. The player also gets advantage on performance checks when playing with the flute, while also adding 1d6 to the performance roll. The user can also choose any creature that can hear the flute to be charmed, who would then have to make a charisma check above dc20 to resist. If a charmed creature takes damage or uses its action it can try and escape the effect. If the creature does not try and escape, the effect will go away 5 minutes after the flute has stopped playing, and must make a wisdom check over dc20 to see if they noticed the charm or not.
Notes: Advantage: Performance, Charmed, Bard who is proficient with a flute, and must spend 5 hours in total to master the usage of the weapon. One hour will give the character the advantage with performance as well as the 1d6. 2 hours will give the bard the ability to charm targets. And every hour up to the fifth will give one levitation spell slot.
