A fine Powder made from platinum that is processed to such a fine degree it sticks to anything it comes into contact with. any entity that comes into contact with this powder experiences the following.
-unable to cast magic in any way.
-any spells targeting or including this entity are immediately dispelled at the source.
-the entity and all of its possessions cannot be seen by magical means (magically enhanced sight, scry, detect magic etc.)
any container that the powder is placed into retains the same properties unless then placed inside another container (a flask yes, the bag the flask is holding no)
it takes 1d4 hours to remove the powder and the task can only be accomplished by using water. the water then has the same properties as the powder.
