Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Long Rest)

Personal Protective Equipment. The apron is considered +1 leather armor. While wearing this apron, the wearer can choose a resistance to a damage type depending on the job at hand: fire, acid, or lightning. You also have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects involving this selected damage type. This choice can be changed during a short rest.

No Rest for the Weary. You have advantage on checks to avoid exhaustion acquired from missing a long rest. (Note: Ignore this feature if you do not use the optional rules in Xanathar's Guide to Everything p. 78)

Tools at the Ready. This apron has five pockets, each of which is an extradimensional space. Each pocket can hold up to 20 pounds of material, not exceeding a volume of 2 cubic feet. The apron always weighs 5 pounds regardless of its contents.

Placing an object in one of the pockets follows the normal rules for Interacting with Objects. Space permitting, you can choose to store an item as if it were stored in a normal pocket, leaving it visible and easily accessible. Retrieving one of these items follows the normal rules for Interacting with Objects. Retrieving an item from within the extradimensional space, however, requires you to use an action. When you reach into the pouch for a specific item, the item is always magically on top.

In addition to the pouches, the apron has a tool loop. When a tool or light weapon is held by this loop over a long rest, it becomes magically bound. Henceforth the item can be magically called back to the loop if it ever leaves your hand.
