Class requirement MONK.
An expertly crafted pair of armlets made of metal that has been forged such that it can be woven like fabric and is soft as silk and flexible more like an elastic armband. Three different metals are interwoven to create a pattern of Dwarven runes in the fabric and a single 3 point star is prominent on each armlet. This pair of armlets counts as one item. They do not function if separated.
Use: The wearer can channel ki into the armlets at will to expend ki points and achieve the following effects lasting until the end of your next turn:
- One ki point summons two steel three-point stars that appear one in each hand*. These count as ranged monk weapons and have a plus one bonus to attack and damage. After being thrown they return to your hands at the start of your next turn.
- Deals your Martial die as piercing damage, and deals your next lower martial die(min 1d4) of force damage
- Two ki points summon two Mythril three-point stars that appear one in each hand*. These count as ranged monk weapons and have a plus two bonus to attack and damage. After being thrown they return to your hands at the start of your next turn.

- You can spend up to 5 ki points total to activate the armlets gaining an additional martial die for the chosen magical damage [same martial die as described above (min 1d4)] for each ki point above 3 spent.

Lore:
This magical monk item was forged by a master blacksmith and member of a Dwarven Monk Order of Moradin known for exceptional mastery of weapons who serve to protect their city from the perils of the Underdark that often encroach on their city's lower perimeters. By channeling the ki energy of the wearer the armlets amplify the power of their ki allowing them to deal damage to their enemy's body, life-force, and mind.
Proficiency with a Dart allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
