These are brown gloves with white dotted lines going down to the middle finger and pointer finger. Look between the 2 dotted lines for improved accuracy. While wearing Archer Gloves you get a +1 Hit with Range Weapons.
The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.

The name of them is "Archer Gloves" but it's listed as a leather armour, and the first description is that they are brown gloves. But then the second part of the descriptions mentions a breastplate and shoulder protectors.
