This item is required for the spell Hades Undead Battalion (Manoferos homebrew)
Once attuned its wearing in resistant to Radiant Damage.
Wearing gives off an odder of rotting flesh while wearing.
After one year the wearer must find a vessel for its soul and become a lich or die sent to the fields of punishment and is unrecoverable.
