A pair of light armlets once belonging to a maiden blessed by the winds. The cloths attached to the side of the armlets billow out like elegant wings when met with a breeze and are quite soft to the touch.
Wearing the armlets allows you to cast Feather Fall once a day. Additionally, the armlets provide a +1 bonus to the Charisma score (cannot exceed 20) if the wielder of the armlets are female.
Aeria, the Protective Wind. Once a day, the wielder of the armlets can summon a squall in a 30 ft radius around them for 3 rounds. Whilst within the squall the wielder is hovering, immune to being knocked prone, and have advantage on Dexterity saves. Physical projectiles cannot enter the squall from the outside. Any other being that starts their turn within the squall makes a DC 17 Dexterity save or are knocked prone; if someone is prone within the squall they are unable to get up until it disperses.
