Using a bonus action you can speak the command word to summon the Aethereas Longsword from the Ethereal Realm to your hand or hovering to a location of up to 30 feet and use it to attack one creature of your choice within 5 feet of it. The sword uses your attack roll and ability score modifier to damage rolls.
With the sword hovering, you can use a bonus action to cause it to fly up to 30 feet to another spot within 30 feet of you. As part of the same bonus action, you can cause the sword to attack one creature within 5 feet of it.
After the hovering sword attacks for the third time, it dissipates back into the Ethereal Realm. It also ceases to hover if you grasp it or move more than 30 feet away from it.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
