This whip appears to be a finely made bull whip of about 12 feet in length. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. While wielding this whip, you can use a bonus action to lash the end of the whip up to a solid anchor point up to 40 feet away. The anchor point must be a solid structure, such as a tree, a wall, or a ceiling, which cannot be moved by normal means. Once the whip is anchored in this way, you can use your movement pull yourself to it or swing from it, with a 40' speed, after which, the whip releases from the point and returns to its normal size. The whip can carry you and one other willing creature up to medium size. Instead of dealing damage as part of an attack, you may use the whip to disarm a creature within 20 feet of you, by making an attack roll opposed by the target's Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. If your attack roll is higher, then the target drops one item of your choice that it is holding. If you succeed on the check by 10 or more, you can choose to have the whip pull the item back to you. You may catch it if you have an empty hand. Otherwise the item falls at your feet.
Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage, Combat, Finesse, Reach, Slow
