This plain black cloak is legendary among thrives and smugglers.
The wearer of this cloak can use a bonus action to hide an item within the folds of the cloak. For this purpose the cloak acts similar to a bag of holding however can only hold up to 40lb.
The true beauty of this this cloak comes from the fact that only a creature who is attuned to the cloak can insert and remove items from within its folds. Any other person, even upon close inspection will just see an ordinary cloak if they attempt to locate any items it may contain.
Exeptional guile is gifted to the wearer of this cloak. Any creature wearing it gains proficiency and advantage in stealth and slight of hand.
