Wearing this hat causes the wearer to hear music, unending music, it won't stop, it will never stop. The hat is cursed, the wearer gains one level of madness for every day they wear this hat... Effects like dispel magic causes the hat to lose it's curse of bestowing madness, but the musical effect stays. Naturally we turned the hat inside out to turn it into a musical hat (Functions like a sort off music box), people that hear the sound of this music don't gain madness.
