A large, intricately woven antler that seems to have broken off from a larger set, covered in moss and flowers with bits of bones peaking in-between the green. Glyphs etched into the bone peak through in a long lost language speak to its use.
This item can only be used once.
Using your action you speak your intention to break the antler over a magical item of legendary rarity or below. The crushed dust of the antler glows golden purifying or destroying the item from the world. The targeted item must not be attuned to someone in order to destroy it, either by death of the attuned person or greater restoration. After use the the dust turns into dull pieces of white ash as does the item if the intent is to destroy. If the intent of the user is to purify then the dust grows a yellow moss over the item. Removing the item from the moss requires no check and the curse is removed from the item while maintaining the beneficial effects of the item.
