Wondrous Item, common
This seemingly innocuous bangle looks tame enough. It can be found in any gift or party shop. However, it is a great favourite of tricksters and children alike, as it allows the wearer to cast the cantrip "Glitter Shower" as a bonus action. It's completely useless, but it can serve as amusement for some!
Glitter Shower: A puff of glitter in a 5ft radius appears within 20 feet of the caster. This is purely for aesthetics, and perfect for Aarakocra who enjoy making everything that little extra sparkly!
