This strip of white cloth is adorned with various arcane runes.

When you spend an action focussing on the cloth, you may cast the spell aid at second level, imbuing three allies with additional vitality for 8 hours. The first time that the spell is cast, the perimeter runes flare and fade into obscurity; the second time that it is cast, the remaining runes fade and the cloth crumbles to dust.
