While you wear this amulet if you roll a 18 then you score a critical hit. It has no effect on you if you roll anything other then an 18. While you wear this Amulet you cannot wear other amulets. This amulet appears worthless unless you are a bard, have truesight, or succeed in a passive wisdom check of 16.
