The holder of the shield gains resistance to acid damage
The shield has three charges.
Whenever the bearer of the shield is hit with a melee attack they can expend a charge and use their reaction to make the attacker make a Dexterity Saving Throw (DC 15) or take 2d8 Acid Damage on a failed save or half damage on a successful save
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
