This amulet can be activated to replicate the effects of Nystul's Magic Aura, targeting only yourself. The amulet has 2 charges, both recharging each dawn. The magic aura effect can be changed using 1 charge.
The Magic Aura spell created by this item is permanent until dispelled. If the effect is dispelled the item loses all it's remaining charges and can't be activated until it's charges recharge.
