Amulet of the Plane of Decay

While wearing this amulet, you can use an action to name a location that you are familiar with on the plane of decay. Then make a DC 15 Charisma check. On a successful check, you cast the plane shift spell (This amulet is the material component). On a failure, you and each creature and object within 15 feet of you take 5d8 Poison Damage. The Amulet can't be used this way again until the next dawn.

If you are already on the plane of decay you and up to eight other creatures can instead return to the exact location you were when you last used the above feature.
