Armband of Mirrim

This armband was crafted by Mirrim the god of reflections and is capable of distorting space.  As a bonus action you can split the band into five ring shaped pieces that float around you.  You can move the rings up to 30ft away from you to a location you can see (no action required).  When you cast a spell with a ranged attack you may cast it into one of the rings within range of you and make the spell come out a different ring.
