Pre-Requisite: Dragonborn heritage.
Once per long rest, the user of this Amulet may, as a Bonus Action, cause black draconic wings to sprout from their back, and their scales harden. For the next 10 minutes, the user has a Fly speed of 20ft. per turn, and a +1 bonus AC.
