This small stone bears the symbol of a heart wrapped in thorns. It was created by the Queen of Sorrow as one of the Seven Incarnations of Sin. It was given to a criminal awaiting execution who's soul was sent to the abyss. This criminal became Graz'zt, lord of debauchery. Any who attune to it gain an intense passion for the pleasures life has to offer.
The stone grants anyone attuned to it a +2 to Charisma, this can exceed 20 but not 30. As an action the wearer can force anyone they can see to make a DC 16 Charisma saving throw. On a success they cannot be affected by the stone for another 24 hours. On a failure the target becomes infatuated with the wielder and is charmed by them. They will follow any command met by the wielder. This charm ends after 24 hours unless the wielder and the charmed person engage in an unsavory act. Any children sired by anyone attuned to the item are born as either Incubus or Succubus.
