Does require an arm to be replaced by this one.  Carries 10 Charges, at any point on a spell attack roll the wilder of Arm of Tybris Strutt can expend 1 charge to add 1 D6 lightning damage up to all 10 charges.  It recovers 1D10+1 charges at each dawn.
